Colorado Boy has long been known for our excellent brick oven pizza. We use authentic high quality tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and source local fresh ingredients as often as possible.  We cold ferment our dough for 24 hours to develop a great flavorful crust.

Our bar manager is a true mixologist.  Try one of our six expertly crafted margaritas. Our House with house made sour, El Jimador and Triple sec the jalapeno infused Spicy with a spiced rim, Prickly Pear, Spicy Prickly Pear, Italian or the Cadillac! In addition to a variety of Margaritas, we have specialty crafted cocktails as well.
